Most shipping is through UPS.  Please do not use a P.O. Box or APO as your address as UPS does not ship to them.  We only ship to the USA.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be the actual shipping amount through USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Shipping time will vary on all orders.  Generally, you will receive your product 2-3 weeks after payment has been received.  No order is processed until full payment has been received.

Any order cancelled after payment has been received will be assessed a 10% fee.

Unless a product is received damaged, there are no refunds.
